HotelByte is turning its technical whitepapers into a reusable public content system: 25 canonical whitepaper assets, bilingual blog guides, and a human-reviewed Twitter/X promotion workflow.

The goal is simple: every public technical claim should have a source asset, a buyer-facing explanation, a social promotion pack, and a feedback path back into Growth.

What Is Included

  • 25 Chinese reader guides that explain the business problem behind each paper.
  • 25 Chinese full whitepaper originals for readers who want the architecture, boundaries, and implementation detail.
  • 25 English reader guides and canonical English whitepaper originals for international readers and SEO.
  • A sequenced series hub where readers can start with the guide or jump straight to the full paper.
  • One Twitter/X thread, three short posts, one follow-up reply template, and one CTA per asset.
  • Growth backend tracking for asset sync, post approval, scheduling, publishing, feedback collection, and prospect conversion.

Campaign Shape

The first round is asset-driven, not calendar-driven. HotelByte will promote three assets per week. Each asset moves through Draft, Review, Approved, Scheduled, Published, FeedbackCollected, and Archived states.

Publishing and replies require human approval. Real posting uses official X API credentials only; browser automation is not part of the workflow.

Matrix

The complete asset matrix is maintained here: HotelByte Whitepaper + Blog + Twitter Content Matrix.

Why This Matters

Hotel distribution buyers need more than feature lists. They need evidence about API reliability, supplier integration, pricing correctness, financial controls, mapping quality, observability, and deployment safety. This matrix makes those claims inspectable and repeatable.
